Modern USB Desk Lamp with Fabric Shade XB-TL1230-BN

This a very attractive and sturdy lamp. It is a good height for a bedside table lamp, and it provides adequate lighting. I like the diffuser as it is functional plus it hides the unattractive parts at the top of the lampshade. Since this is not a very tall lamp, it definitely adds to the appearance that it hides that area since it would be rather visible. I am definitely a fan of having the switch to operate the lamp on the base of the lamp as it is very convenient. It is also handy that it has a port to charge devices if needed. The reason that I deducted a star is due to the bottom of the base of the lamp. I had to get a replacement for the first lamp as there was a black mark on the lampshade. The bottom of the base of the first lamp was slightly flawed, and I was hoping the replacement lamp would be better. However, it was worse as the bottom of the base of the lamp actually extended beyond the base of the lamp on one side and I considered that unacceptable. So, I just used the lamp shade from the replacement lamp and used all the other parts from the first lamp. Overall, I am satisfied with the lamp. This isn't an inexpensive lamp, so I expected better quality for the bottom of the base of the lamp. It's all about that base.

Nice small lamp for a small nightstand. We have a small bedroom with a queen bed inside, so a small nightstand is all that will fit. No fumble on/off switch on base easy to use by your bedside. USB C and A Charger on the base to plug in your Phone too.

Edit: I an so okeased with this lamp, I am ordering another for my downstairs side table. I love the off-set design; ising my current lamp is awkward and I can put it fight up against the wall then turn in on and off with my phone. Smart bulbs do work in this lamp. Also note that many other similar lamps are not of the same quality build as this one.

Original: I have all new desk and cabinetry in my art room and wanted a new desk light. There is limited space on the desk and my old lamp��s shade and base were too big for the space - it had to be placed well jnto the center of the desk or the shade hit the wall. So I looked at lighting that could be placed in a corner and would take up minimal extra space. This lamp is perfeft. The base is stabke but not too big. The lamp fits into the corner on my desk with the light and shade jutting out perfectly over the desk. It allows for more workspace with the light above.

This lamp meets my needs with the price, nickel finish, size, style and USB-A and USB-C charging things (wireless charging is the future so there's that). The first one I received was wobbly, but the company immediately sent me a replacement that was not wobbly - excellent customer service - thank you.

Got these for my son's room, they are perfect for nightables. Solid and easy to set up, the shade comes as one piece which I like. Winner item in our home!
