Do you offer custom lighting options?

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom orders. However, the MOQ may vary depending on the product type. Please contact us for more information.
Can I request a sample or test light before ordering?
Yes, we offer samples of most products. You can request a sample to test the quality and suitability of the product before placing a larger order.
What is the lead time?
45-60 days for first order after payment and sample confirmed.
General Information
Are you the factory?
Yes, we are the factory. We have 5 production lines, including a Powder Coating Workshop and a Metal Workshop, allowing us to control every aspect of production in-house. This ensures better quality control and faster delivery.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. We export our products globally, including to North America, the UK, Australia, and other regions.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome customers and business partners to visit our factory. Please contact us in advance to schedule a tour and see our production process firsthand.
Can I get a product catalog?
Yes! We have separate catalogs for residential lighting and hotel lighting. Please let us know which catalog you'd like to receive, and we'll send it to you.
Shipping and Delivery
How are shipping costs calculated?
We offer free shipping on standard products ordered directly through our website in the USA and Canada! (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.)
- Please note, custom products (made-to-order or personalized items) do not qualify for free shipping, as they require production time and special handling.
Can orders be shipped to a Post Office Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses due to shipping restrictions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status.
Returns and After-Sales Support
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all of our products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at cs@xinbei-lighting.com within 30 days of receipt. Kindly provide the following:
1. Your order number.
2. Photos of the whole lighting and lighting problem, and the package box (which can show the ITEM NO. on the box)
We will review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Note: Be sure to inspect your products right away—don’t wait until your project is finished or after moving into your new home.
